To start, we offer a mouth-watering selection of appetizers, including tagliere of local cured meats and cheeses, bruschetta with fresh tomato and basil, liver and truffle crostini, and much more...


Moving on to pasta dishes, you can choose from our handmade fresh pasta specialties, such as pici with wild boar ragout or tagliatelle with duck sauce. For those who prefer a light first course, we recommend spelt soup with cannellini beans and black cabbage, or seafood risotto.


We now come to the main course: meat and fish. Our meat menu includes a wide selection of fine cuts from local farms, masterfully prepared and cooked by our chef. You can enjoy Florentine steak, Chianina rib-eye steak, beef tenderloin or lamb with herbs. As for fish, we have selected the best species from our sea, prepared baked or grilled, such as sea bass or turbot.


To accompany your dishes, we have selected a wide selection of Tuscan wines, famous worldwide for their quality. Our sommeliers will be on hand to advise you on the perfect pairing.
